Kasvattaa kivikovia nuppuja, jotka tuottavat poikkeuksellinen läpitunkevan tuoksun. Siitä huolimatta, että AK48 on indica/sativa-hybridi, sen vaikutus on sativoille tyypillinen energisoiva vaikutus.
